HIIT Cardio training to loose fat

High intensity interval training is a form of intervals. You are doing several exercises for a short period of time with maximum effort within that short time with 10 seconds rest break between the exercises. Meaning do as many reps as possible as hard, as fast as you can within the short period of exercising.
This will enable you to burn fat faster than just doing a regular running or other cardio training in the gym.Researches have shown that HIIT is more effective than 30 minutes running on the treadmill.
HIIT cardio has also a huge impact on your joints due to its intensity and the fast changes between exercises, it is more than enough to do a maximum of 15 minutes of it, therefore its also great for those who have busy schedule.
Here is how you do it:
- There are total 7 exercises the video will show you
- Do each exercises for 30 seconds, you can time your mobile phone, that is how I do it as well
- Take 10 seconds break between the exercises
- Take 1 minute break after each set/circuit
- Do a total of 4 sets
- This will take only 15 minutes but the results will worth it, you will burn fat faster than with a regular running on the treadmill.
