ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Szilvia — a certified postpartum fitness coach, nutrition advisor, and mom of two.
But before I became a coach, I was a mother in pain. A mother overwhelmed. A mother scared.

After my first pregnancy, I felt broken. I had severe pelvic floor issues, a sinking sensation like something was coming out of me, back pain, and emotional burnout. Standing or walking for too long hurt. I cried almost every day, feeling lost in my own body. No one talked about this part of motherhood — the part where you don’t feel like you anymore.

And when I couldn’t find the help I needed… I became the help I was looking for.

I spent months researching everything I could about diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and postpartum recovery. I started moving again, gently at first. I rebuilt my core. I changed the way I trained, the way I ate, the way I lived.
And slowly, I started to heal.

By 1.5 years postpartum, I felt stronger. By 2 years, I felt powerful. I knew this transformation wasn't just physical — it was emotional. It gave me confidence, clarity, and purpose.

That’s why I became a certified pregnancy and postpartum trainer, personal trainer, and nutrition coach — to help other moms feel strong, seen, and supported, just like I wished someone had done for me.
