High intensity Interval training is a great way of cardio, not just because you can burn lots of calories with it, but also because it is very short, so you can fit it into your busy schedule. Due to its effectiveness it is enough to do 15 minutes of HIIT to get great results.
So here is the part 2 circuit:
Follow these high intensity interval training for 30 seconds each exercise and do 4 sets total.
There are total 7 exercises the video will show you
Take 10 seconds break between the exercises
Take 1 minute break after each set/circuit
Do a total of 4 sets
This will take only 15 minutes but the results will worth it, you will burn fat faster than with a regular running on the treadmill.
Don't forget to comment about how it went.
Cheers,
