- protein is essential to maintain flat abs
- helps to speed up metabolism
- you will feel fuller if you eat high protein foods, they keep you satisfied longer, which will help you prevent overeating or snacking
- helps you build muscles as amino acids the building blocks of protein will help you repair your muscle tissues after workout and build your muscles.
